Free Facelifts!

And what's less expensive than free?

Here are some exercises for lifting those tired eyes. These will take years off of your face. Just do them once a day and you'll see results in 3 weeks.



1. Press two fingers - your index and middle fingers - on the sides of your eyes - at the temples and rapidly open and close your eyes 4 times.

2. Sit upright and relaxed with your eyes open. Lift your eyebrows while slightly drooping your top eyelids to halfway closed. Thereafter open your eyelids wide until the whites of your eyes, above the iris, shows. Repeat 4 times.

3. Sit upright and relaxed with your eyes closed. Keeping your eyes closed, lift your eyebrows as high as possible, while at the same time stretching your eyelids down as far as possible. Keep this position for a count of 7, and relax. Repeat 4 times.

4. Now do just the opposite. While keeping your eyes closed look down and then up as far as possible. Repeat 4 times.


3 weeks is all it takes, women! You will see results, and these exercises only take a minute or two. An added bonus is that they help to reduce stress.
