Almost Asian

With a couple of eggs, some rice, a can of string beans from the food bank, and a packet of instant brown gravy (often found: 3 for a dollar), you can make this surprisingly good dinner.

1 TBS butter or margarine
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1 cup cold water
1 TBS soy sauce
4 eggs
⅓ cup milk (or water...or combination of each)
2 – 3 cups cooked rice

Directions
1. Heat up the string beans.
2. Make gravy as package directs. Mix in soy sauce.
3. Beat eggs with milk/water.
4. Add egg mixture to vegetables and and scamble over high heat in greased skillet.
5. Serve mixture over rice, and top with gravy.
